Channel 10

Why would a TV station need resin domed badges? The answer, quite simply, is image.

Sun Industries has spent a number of years developing its unique Flexidome resin technology. It represents a combination of resin equipment supplied by the world's leading resin doming supplier, Demak from Italy, a unique economical dispensing system and very high quality printing to produce a product that literally lifts off the page.

Channel 10 identified this as an excellent opportunity to put the “wow” factor to its clients. Packaging, launches, functions and press releases have all benefited from Channel 10 ensuring its logo is presented in the best possible way to the market.

By using Flexidome technology as a replacement to ordinary labels, all of our Flexidome customers including Channel 10 are able to step away from competitors in the market with a unique and striking method of labelling products, services and promotional material. The high quality, gloss nature of Flexidome resin ensures that even the simplest labels are highlighted with enhanced colours, clear lines and a reflective finish noticed from many angles due to the doming effect.

And Sun Industries commitment to high quality, tight turnaround work ensured Channel 10 received their full range of domes within a short time frame and at the highest quality. This is facilitated through Sun Industries strong focus on customer support and consultation. Assessing Channel 10’s needs, being flexible in our delivery of services and ensuring the right mix of quality and economy was achieved all ensured that this venture away from traditional promotional activity was well received, both within the company and by those the domes were targeted to impress.

Flexidomes provide an excellent source of high quality, affordable labels for many manufacturers. Channel 10’s use of the product highlights its flexibility to enhance a company’s marketing regardless of the industry they are in. The focus is on image.

Flatlite

Over the years Sun Industries has been involved with many research and development programs with clients across industries. A number of our projects are based around Electroluminescent technology and through this, our relationship with FLATLITE has taken shape.

E-Lite Technologies Inc, based in the US, has patented a unique manufacturing method for EL that provides an incredibly versatile, durable and economical solution to many lighting scenarios. Sun Industries’ intimate knowledge of the EL process and our penetration into the Australian market positions us as an ideal company to support FLATLITE and importantly, provide the right advise and support to ensure the product and its application is a success.

FLATLITE is available in widths from 6mm to 760mm and is purchased off the roll to customised lengths. It is only .6mm thick and can be bent, cut and folded. Sun Industries supports the product throughout Australia and New Zealand, offering technical support, assisting with specifications and ensuring the lamp and it’s power supplies are fully tested and calibrated. Our existing knowledge of EL ensures FLATLITE is installed right the first time with minimal maintenance.

Due to the uniqueness of FLATLITE it finds support from many industries.
